- You must make a reservation online before you arrive at the lot. (The gate will NOT open unless you have a reservation.)
- Simply pull into entrance lane. The LPR cameras should recognize your license plate and simply open the gate for you.
- If gate does not open, scan the barcode/QR code from your reservation either on your phone or the printed copy you received in your confirmation email.
- Pull through the entrance and find a conveniently located parking spot.
- Head to the nearest shuttle stop booth and be ready to catch the next shuttle which will depart the lot once every 30 minutes (on the hour and 30 minutes past.)
- Simply pull into the exit lane.
- If the gate does not read your license plate, scan your reservation from your phone or the printed copy you received in your confirmation email and be on your way!
- If gate does not open, simply call the phone number on the front of the scanner for assistance.
